The Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance's ("We," "Us," "Our") policy regarding copyright infringement and Our designated agent for receipt of copyright infringement claims pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 USC ? 512) for claims on the website located at www.whatsnext4me.com is incorporated herein and follows below.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require those that visit the website located at www.whatsnext4me.com (the "Site") to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at Our discretion, remove or disable access to material on the Site that infringes upon the copyright rights of others. We also may, at Our discretion, remove or disable links or references to an online location that contains infringing material or infringing activity. In the event that any visitors to Our Site repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights, We may in our sole discretion terminate those individuals' rights to use Our Site.

Policy Regarding Use Of Our Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site, and related web sites belonging to Us are protected by U.S. and international trademark laws. Their uses are restricted to those programs and events sponsored by Us, and Our trademarks may not be used for personal financial gain. Use of the Marks is prohibited without Our express written consent except as permitted by applicable laws. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the Marks without Our express written consent.
At times, We, in consultation with legal counsel, may grant limited-use licensing agreements to those individuals or groups who wish to help further the mission of the Site. Solely at Our discretion, limited permission for use of Our Marks may be granted for those projects which provide a substantial benefit to the Site or the hospitality community in general.
