Introduction
It is the intent of The Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance ("We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of the Whatsnext4me.com website, to comply in all material respects with all applicable U.S. privacy laws. We are strongly committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to information that is collected through the website located at www.whatsnext4me.com ("Site"). Any person accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, either manually or via an automated device or program, shall be considered a "User." All Users are bound by the terms of this Policy. Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable User information and anonymous browsing information (collectively "Information") to the extent not prohibited by law. If you do not consent to this Policy, please do not access, browse, or use this Site.

The Information the Site Collects

The Site may provide hyperlinks, which are highlighted words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked, take you to another place within the document, to another document altogether, or may take you to a third party website not controlled by this Site. These hyperlinked third party websites may collect, use and disclose Information different than this Site. We are not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through these web sites, and expressly disclaim any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.

E-mail-A-Friend is intended to be used only by Users to tell their friends about the Site. We do not condone any illegal spamming. Spamming would include everything from providing Us with the email addresses of strangers to entering email addresses that are found on a mailing list.

If We find Users are not abiding by these rules or that fraud or spamming is being committed in one way or another through the use of the E-mail-A-Friend service, then We, in Our sole discretion, may block Users from using the Site. We will not be liable for any damages that arise due to the use of the E-Mail-A-Friend feature.
